LONDON, 17 OCTOBER 2026: Jaguar today revealed the first public expression of its exclusive Chromatic Moments programme at the British Museum's Red Ball, marking a defining moment in the launch story of Type 01.
Making it's UK dynamic debut, the vehicle showcased one of just 60 Chromatic Moments examples that will be created globally. Hand‑painted and individually crafted, the appearance represented the first public display of a Chromatic Moments vehicle and demonstrated Jaguar's bold new vision for colour, artistry and creative expression.
Created by Jaguar's in‑house creative teams, each Chromatic Moment has been conceived as a curated artistic expression, and reflects Jaguar's commitment to craftsmanship, originality and a reimagined approach to modern luxury.

London Red is a colour inspired by Britain's cultural capital and Jaguar's own creative heritage. Drawing influence from London's iconic architecture, red‑brick streetscapes, gallery interiors and creative energy, the finish serves as a tribute to both Jaguar's past and its future ambitions. Developed exclusively by Jaguar's materiality and paint specialists, London Red celebrates 90 years of Jaguar creativity while expressing a bold vision for the road ahead. Just 60 Chromatic Moments vehicles will be produced worldwide. Each vehicle is meticulously hand‑painted and individually finished, transforming every example into a highly collectible expression of Jaguar's creativity. Bespoke detailing throughout the vehicle, including laser‑etched signatures and carefully curated design touches, reinforces the programme's emphasis on craftsmanship and exclusivity.
